This website (the “Site”) is operated by LARBE BOUTIQUE LLC, registered in the Republic of Armenia.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Delivery Policy, as well as the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the Site.

1. ACCESS AND USE

The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the Site for personal purposes.

The user shall not:

  1. copy, distribute, or publish materials from the Site

  2. modify or use content for commercial purposes without authorization

  3. interfere with the proper operation of the Site

The Company reserves the right to restrict access to the Site without prior notice.

2. SITE OPERATION

The Site is operated from the Republic of Armenia.

Users accessing the Site from other countries are responsible for complying with their local laws.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

We accept payments via:

  2. Mastercard

  3. Mir cards (subject to technical availability)

  4. other available payment methods

All transactions are processed in Armenian Dram (AMD), unless otherwise specified.

The amount indicated at checkout is the final amount charged.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

  1. incorrect or incomplete information

  2. suspicion of fraud

  3. inability to fulfill the order

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. DELIVERY

Delivery is available across Yerevan and other regions of the Republic of Armenia.

Delivery timeframes are agreed upon during the order process.

Delays may occur during public holidays or peak periods.

If the recipient is unavailable:

  1. the order may be handed to a third party at the provided address

  2. or left in a safe location at the Company’s discretion

5. RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Flowers are perishable goods.

Claims are accepted within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Returns are possible in the following cases:

  1. damaged goods

  2. incorrect order

The Company may request photo confirmation.

6. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The user consents to:

  1. processing of data for order fulfillment

  2. communication regarding the order

  3. receiving informational messages (with the option to opt out)

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials on the Site are the property of LARBE BOUTIQUE LLC and are protected by law.

Use without permission is prohibited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  1. indirect damages

  2. loss of profit

  3. delays caused by external circumstances

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
